Roku with Prime, and I can’t get the sound to sync. Al is almost a second ahead of the video. Maddening! I’ve unplugged and re-booted to no avail. Is this a ne problem, or are other folks having it as well?

Worked fine with my Amazon Firestick DVR. I recorded it and played it back after it started so I can eliminate ads and most of halftime.
