Thought it would be interesting to see how Bendu is doing so far. She is shooting 32% from the floor and 16.7% from 3-point range while averaging 7.2 points per game. It is difficult to measure her defensive impact, but it would need to be significant to overcome the offensive deficiencies and make her overall impact as hype worthy as this thread made it out to be.

Oregon invited her shoot when she is on the floor and hurt us by over dribbling

Not only that, but when Martha was running the point, Martha penetrated, and either found an open shooter or was able to get a quality shot off herself. Both Bendu and TvO are not natural point guards. When TvO was running the point, the ball stopped moving. The ball was moving so well when Martha was at the point. |
