Kind of snuck up on me this year, been way too busy on the work front and the home front. Pretty disappointing FS tourney for the Oregon Cadet team, just 1 AA in Liam Byrne of Mountain View. Finished 7th at 170. Believe he took 2nd in 6A this year. |

Gage Singleton will wrestle for 5th

The Singleton boys are going to double up as AA's.
Gage is wrestling for 3rd place in Greco today.
Nash is wrestling for 5th.
Robert Plympton of Reynolds HS is wrestling for 3rd at 195.
Cadets - Team Oregon had a national champion for Greco w/Jeremiah Wachsmuth (Clackamas HS) winning at 106. Big GR family. His brother was a state champ and I believe he's now at the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs.

Freestyle is probably a better indicator than Greco in terms of Folkstyle success.... in that case, 2 of the 4 AA are going to OSU with a good chance of 3 of 4 (Gage). All in all our recruits faired well at Fargo - Many didn't compete (Whisenhunt, Deblaere, Tolentinto, Scott, etc. ). Definitely a good class coming in.
