Any chance Jacob M. returns for his Sr year?? His productivity was fairly uneven at times towards the end and perhaps his draft status has diminished somewhat. Perhaps a reduced bonus $$$ draft slot this year might have him considering a return for his Sr. year?? Probably not, but...

Jacob's tool box belongs in the professional game. Another year of college ball would be childs play for the lad. Jacob has the stuff MLB teams value - he's fast out of the box and on the bases, He flags everything playable in center, he can hit for average and he has HR power. Best of all, he worked hard with Darwin Barney on staying back, and taking the pitches away to the off field. There are plenty of big hitters with pull-side power and Jacob can turn on the inside stuff with the best of then but what many of them can't do, is take the away pitches to the opposite field. Jacob can slash a double or pole one to left field in a flash. When that appears in a scouting report ("he uses the entire field"), the price of poker just went up for that player.
Late first round, according to the latest credible draft rankings.

Historically 99% of players drafted in the first 10 rounds of the draft sign. Teams don’t waste picks and they know their picks will sign before they are drafted

Lock this thread, this is a ridiculous question.
