I watched parts of the replay on-line. The announcer said that for the 5K from 25k to 30k, the leader went through in 14:20. That's when the lead group went from about 12 to 3. Rupp fell of a few minutes after that. 14:20 converts to 69s 400's. They were running about 74's. Crazy fast.
