13 SEC teams (out of 14 conference teams) were selected for the tournament. Only 1 team, Florida, is still alive with a chance for the WCWS. They have to beat VA Tech. Pac-12 had 7 teams selected (out of 9) and 2 (OSU , UA) are already in and 2 (UCLA, ASU) are still alive. UCLA wins their Super v Duke so they’re in the WCWS. That’s 3, with ASU leading Northwestern 4-1 in the 5th. They need to win tonight and tomorrow to advance and be Pac-12’s 4th WCWS team. SEC gets one in. Florida wins at VA Tech. According to the ESPN commentators, they’ll be OSU’s opening game opponent in OKC. |

I forgot about skepto. May need one more. Pitching is the key. Another two power hitters. I think the lead off hitter really did well slapping the ball around.

Mazon got some nice praise on the VT vs FL telecast.
Called out how well OSU has played, and Mazon as a great "two-way" player no one knows about.
