Their pitching staff is a little banged up....but if they can put up 2 touchdowns like today, they definitely have a shot to come back. UCLA has done a great job managing their pitching staff so far. Max Rajcic hasn’t thrown a pitch yet, Charles Harrison threw 26 pitches against Cal, and Austin Kelly threw 19 pitches today. Even their relievers are around 30 pitches except Flanagan. Judge you mentioned some injuries on UCLA’s staff. I’m not Sure who or what role they have played with the bruins. Savage hinted that Rajcic and a couple others were dealing with minor injuries. We shall see.

This dawg fight is about to push the 4:45 game back which may push the beavers game back. Poor planning by the pac 12, simply not enough time allowed for each game. May have to end up being a two field tournament in the future. How should they have planned it differently? About the only thing you could do is start the first game at 8 am instead of 9 am. That still would have made the 4th game last night very late. use two fields for the first few days of the tournament. There are plenty of major league spring training facilities near there. That way they could avoid the mid day heat. Not like the fans would miss out on games, hardly anybody is going anyway. Back to back days with the last game starting after 10:00 is just incompetent

I'm guessing a 9:30 start so it looks like we here will be up well past midnight. Ugh! A chance to prove how awesome you really are. Hold that sign up at 1:00 am , and do it with enthusiasm. You had better be watching the first inning as you and Diane are up next.

It's not incompetent. It's how the conference tournaments work. I agree, though, that they should use a second field. Salt River Park is nearby and would be a great second location. It does not have Downtown Scottsdale right there but is comparable.
