For those of us with Android phones, this app is a piece of junk. For the fourth weekend this season, it is not working, in regards to pulling up my baseball tickets.
I'm more concerned with my tickets for Scottsdale. The last email I got from the Oregon State ticket office was on May 11th, saying the tickets would be transferred to my app once they got seat assignments. Does anyone know if that has happened yet?

Agree that it doesn't always work well. I have for the past two weeks figured out a "work around", but today I get a different message that says the site might think I am a bot.
I think you will not see further news on the tickets until the field has been set for the tournament. The three losers have not yet be determined. Utah and Cal will fight that out this weekend.

Exactly why I bought Scottsdale thru the Pac12 site... "mpv" site works great. The OSU tis have been a cluster since they switched over and no one really seems to care about fixing the issues. By the time next Fall comes we'll probably just have our football tix printed off again.

Weeks ago I called the ticket office for help with the app as my season tickets stopped showing in my account and was not able to move tickets to google pay as I had done previously. I was told that they've had complaints following an update in the system and that I was not alone. I was on hold for a long time to get through for help and was told to call back later. I was told that they were busy getting guest tickets together for an upcoming game and told that I would be sent a work around via email. I never got that email.
So with a game coming up that day I needed to develop my own work around. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. That work around works for one session only - it allowed me to access the tickets in my account and to make the transfer to google pay. If you close the app or try this on a subsequent day, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app. There is no change in your phone's settings that will permit the app to work.
I've asked fellow baseball season ticket holders whether they were having problems - they've all told me that they're paying extra for paper tickets and avoiding the app because of past problems - I'm assuming football and basketball. I never had problems for football and have only had problems with baseball after the "update". I use eCommerce and other apps without problem in a number of different platforms.
My guess is that the athletic department cannot afford to pay the 13 year olds that develop and maintain many other successful commercial apps and have resorted to hiring technological incompetents to do the job.

For what it's worth, it wasn't working very well for me so I uninstalled and re-installed it and it's much much better now. It must have had an upgrade that for some reason didn't come through normally as it has a slightly different look after the re-install.

Had a problem during the series against o, where I couldn't access the "Manage Tickets" function to get to my game ticket. I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling the app, hoping it would work. It did thankfully, but if Oregon State wants to go into the mobile ticketing scene, do what the Timbers and Trail Blazers did, and use a third party who knows what they're doing and have working apps.

So my almost 70 year old mom was able to transfer me a ticket for tonight's game via the app last week. It was iPhone to iPhone though. No issues.
If the app works fine for iPhone users but not Android....maybe the issue isn't with the app or OSU?

My read is that they just don't care about the 50% or more of their fan base that uses Android products. I'll remember that when the foundation wants to talk to me about endowing a scholarship.

Just let them know your donation is via an app that unfortunately doesn't work for selected users.

The iPhone app also has its own problems. I transferred tickets to a friend and once he accepted the tickets were not available to him. He called the ticket office and suggested canceling the transaction. Ticket office says once accepted you can’t cancel. So they blamed his phone and charged him $5 per ticket to print. If that is not caring about your fan base I’m not sure what is. I called up the ticket office after he told me this and expressed my displeasure and they didn’t give a #%* and blamed his phone not their app. At least they should have not charged him the printing fee.

The same uncaring ticket office that couldn't bother to call, email, text those of us in section 214 of reser that this coming year and future years across the aisle will be the visitor section. I literally talked to a guy by the name of Joey four times in February and March regarding football season tickets and the Montana state game. Not once did the change in the visitor section come out of his mouth. Customer service is not their strong point.

Not saying at all it’s the fans fault. Just saying that someone suggested using a 3rd party to handle it. It definitely is a 3rd party. OSU did not build this app in house. I’d imagine that once you’ve selected a vendor, it’s pretty hard to switch in the middle of that contract, regardless of if it’s living up to expectations or not.
