……got a cup o’Joe, and while flipping through the channels on the tube when, I landed on “Court TV.” Never heard of it. Anyways…. they were showing videos of people outside the courthouse where the Depp/Heard hearing is being held. Literally HUNDREDS of people who care enough to stand around all day, and others who arrived there at ONE A.M. to get a chance to be in the courtroom. They interviewed some of these morons. My God. It’s sad, laughable, maddening and creepy. With EVERYTHING that is going on today….. these people choose to CARE and focus energy on this. I dunno. It just struck me as “not surprising.” I had heard there was a trial, but…..
Am I wrong to think these folks are nuts?

As long as they’re behaving lawfully and don’t start attacking the courthouse officers and interfering with the proceedings, I’ll withhold judgment. |

Are athletes the characters they play? I believe that they are more the characters they play than, say, Tom Cruise or Gwyneth Paltrow. We can see how an athlete holds themselves in adversity and how gracious they are in a victory. We see more of their character than any actor. But you are right. It's easy to get burned by both, if you go by what you see on the screen. |
