I'm sure many of you know this, or have been here before, but it's eerie to see no hills or mountains anywhere. I've been to Iowa as well, but the tallest building I was in there was like 2 stories.

We are truly blessed to have all that we have around us in the PNW.

But of course, the Palouse takes that idea (that hills are a good thing) a little too far. I swear a person could get seasick there.
