That swinging strike 3 to get out the inning by Kmatz produced by far the biggest emotional reaction I've ever seen come from the Freshman hurler. Great that he had the composure to come back from 0-3 on that batter (with the added factor of the miscommunication on the pick-off move)
Beavs 3-0 going to B2nd.

Melton looked out. Boyd looked safe. Going to 3rd: 4-0 Beavs. UW pitcher at 59 pitches (to get just 6 outs so far)

Boyd was safe. Melton was pretty close, thought their guy maybe missed the tag.

Sons baseball game this morning, daughters bday party and staked out a clients addition. Now time to sit back, relax, watch the game, and get climbed on by children for several hours.
