From a roster standpoint, they seem to have more kids from strong D1 programs than WCL or whatever Knights league is called. Martinek's team had couple from LSU, couple from Virginia, Fresno St, Stanford. Plus if you have anyone from the SEC on your team...well, not sure if you heard, but the best baseball in the galaxy is played in the SEC.

THE Alaska league is generally considered the 2nd best summer league, just behind the cape code league.

The Alaska league has dropped significantly in the last few years in ranking.
