There will be quite a few coaching changes made in 2022 and I try to watch those that open up in the west. Preently there are two vacancies scheduled to be filled after the season concludes. BYU and Cal State-Northridge are openers with the movement just beginning.
The Domino affect is in play. A school might have an assistant who has no interest in either of those jobs but a coach who is interested might vacate a position your assistant is interested in.
