Looks like Arizona and UCLA are the front runners.....we need to get the bullpen settled down soon. We can compete with anyone in the first two games of a series but are pretty iffy in game three still. Great series we played with Stanford....that’s playoff level baseball going on there.....you could feel it

ASU with a 9-run bottom of 8th to come from behind and win the home series 2-1. Devils scored 31 runs in their 3 games v. Cal.
p.s D*cks swept in L.A.

I think that may allow a bit more availability, a bit later in a 3-game series, for pitches like Sebby, Brown, Ferrer and Carpenter (if he can acheive consistency) to play an important Saturday/Sunday role.

That’s not the rotation. You have to work with who’s available.

I would assume he hasn't been able to throw a lot with a back strain And, will be limited even at that for some time. He may be a reliever until the final couple weeks before the Pac12 tourney. No need to rush him and have him re-injure it.

Kmatz would be an elite Sunday pitcher.

Utah and the Washingtons appear to be at the bottom. If you filter those results out, you get the games that matter: Arizona 6-3 UCLA 6-3 Oregon State 5-4 Arizona State 3-3 Oregon 4-5 USC 4-5 California 5-7 Stanford 3-6
