Guerra having a real rough inning. Essentially scored Cal with 2 fielding errors. Parker did say last night that not only was Gretler having a good BP, but Guerra was having a little trouble with the glove on the natural field.

can someone explain that to me? The ball bounced off him somehow? How is that not a foul or a HBP?

Holy cow is Kmatz growing into being a quality starter. Still early in this game, but the guy has been impressive against the tough Cal bats. No jinx. Lol.

Kind of strange game. The Cal guy doesn't look lights out but keeps the ball down.

Hes looked the part of the prototypical Frosh starter for OSU so far this year. He's doing fine, but Cal isn't really an offensive juggernaut. Last I saw they have one regular hitting over .300. One run isn't going to win this, so just keep Cal at 4 or less and it's up to the bats.

Kind of strange game. The Cal guy doesn't look lights out but keeps the ball down. And, no free passes to extend innings, add pressure on D.

The P12 announcer is mind numbingly mundane. Hes not even talking about this game at all. Hes just droning about the last CWS.
