I fully appreciate the ability to watch the games via live stream, but notice that we don't have or use a center field camera shot.
Hard to see those balls/strikes from the press box camera.
Go Beavs!

No, there is no streaming camera in CF.

There is generally a streaming camera in CF once basketball is over - that has been the case in the past...hopefully will be true again after WNIT home games...

Hasn't been a CF camera for streaming since 2013.

Hasn't been a CF camera for streaming since 2013. They will put one out there for televised games on occasion, but the streaming cameras don’t have the ability to zoom in enough for them to work for seeing balls and strikes.

They will put one out there for televised games on occasion, but the streaming cameras don’t have the ability to zoom in enough for them to work for seeing balls and strikes. It's not a function of the ability to zoom in; the cameras and lenses used for the streaming productions are the same as a few of the P12 games that are produced at OSU. The decision was made after the first loss of that season to SF in March to stop using a CF camera for streams as the coach (at the time) was concerned that, with such a nice, big lens in CF, folks were able to scout signals using the streams. Coach couldn't stop TV from putting a camera in CF, but stopped the school from doing so. And it has been this way since.
