www.ncaa.com/live-updates/trackfield-indoor-men/d1/2022-ncaa-di-indoor-track-and-field-championships-schedule-results-updatesThat's a link where you can see the video. The DMR (Distance Medley Relay) has four legs - 1200m, 400m, 800m, and 1600m. For the metrically challenged, one mile = 1609m. An old style 1/4 track is about 402m. Indoor tracks vary in length but this one is 200m. That's fairly standard. A couple of observations: Mitchell ran the first leg and she was great. She ran into the front on lap four of six and handed the baton off first. It was a lot of air time for Oregon State. Grace F ran the anchor and she ran well. Arkansas won (they didn't all trip while looking for a pop up). Something happened weird at the end that I couldn't see on the video. We got 4th after Stanford and Oregon and then Kentucky got 5th. But with about 60m to go Fetherstonhaugh was maybe 10m behind the Kentucky lady. Yet we finished ahead of them. I'm guessing she fell but the camera follows the Razerback celebration. Anyway, great result for the Beavs. On escott58's link you can click to get splits.

ag87 -- great description on the Distance Medley. The splits were all pretty good times, as their high finish would indicate. Thanks for providing the link to watch them! Mari Friedman is the possibly a senior, so it might be hard to replace her for next year's Medley. I looked around for news on what happened to the UK runner, but nothing was mentioned on their T&F homepage. Pretty strange. NC State was disqualified in the same race but no mention of what happened to them. It could have something to do with the fall of the UW runner on the first leg, but I was miffed that the same UW runner cut off Kaylee on the first or second lap. It sure is refreshing to see such a great performance!

She said she was concentrating on finishing hard and then somehow dropped the baton with about 20m to go. She picked it back up but Fetherstonhaugh ran by her.

I feel for the UK runner but glad she didn't fall and skid (track burns are gruesome sometimes).
Maybe during the 3k race this evening they'll say Fetherstonhaugh's name a few times!
