It shows that they have put in a lot of work this off season and it is paying off. Will they be the in the last dog pile ? Well if someone beats them they will know they have been in a helluva fight. You think what you want,but as for me this team is legit and can make it to Omaha. So now I have said my piece and that is enough so I will back on out of here and watch things unfold from the cheap seats. See ya all on down the road....

Don’t back on out of here. No need to do that.
The team looks solid this year and it shows in the lineup. Very little change to the starting 8. I love seeing that because it give the team the opportunity to gel, and I think it puts a lot of pressure on the backups to raise the level of their game and be ready when the opportunity strikes.
I like what the couple of “new” names in the lineup have been able to do in these first few games.
Pitching is always an interesting crapshoot. Injuries happen and guys have off days. But I think we have enough legit arms to keep us in each game. But we’ll see.
Run support this year is much better, so perhaps pitching won’t need to be perfect, like it had to be last year.
