A few things to add...
Of those 23 runs by o, 13 came in the 8th inning.
WSU and Long Island had a double header, with LIU winning the first game 8-3. The second game's score is in OP.
And how the Mississippi State fans must be thinking right now.

Gonzaga went up 2-0 on two wild pitches. It is now in the ninth. And it's Final. Gonzaga 2 - Fullerton 0 The Zags go for the sweep tomorrow. Fullerton is the same team that almost took the series at Sunken Diamond last weekend. In other news, Irvine beat Grand Canyon 4-2 to take the series. Irvine also goes for the sweep tomorrow. Large portions of the country lost games to weather. That includes Stanford. The Cardinal had their Top Ten game against Arkansas in Round Rock (an Austin suburb) pushed back to tomorrow. The Cardinal play two tomorrow. |
