Fellow Benny's House Fans:
I wrote the following post on Feb. 4 - it was true then and it's equally true now.
Nothing has changed. And nothing much indicates there will be any change in 2022.
How we have so many good players who cannot score points is, to me, a great basketball mystery. Honestly, if I could not get 12 points a game out of Greta and AJ I'd jump off a cliff.
Our season in one short, painful summary: during the first 40 seconds of today's game the Beavs missed two lay ups.

This season for OSU is officially history.
Coach has assembled a pretty good defensive team that rebounds well - but can't score.
It has a McDonald's All-American built for scoring who can't score. [She still doesn't score.]
It has an athletic talent with speed, hops and good hands who can't score. [She still doesn't score.]
It has a seasoned point guard transfer who can't score, and a veteran transfer who can't score. [They still don't score].
It has a 6th year veteran who scores intermittently. [She's had a few good games, thankfully. How she goes dormant is not clear.]
The Beavers fans have waited 17 games, or so, for someone on this team, besides Talia, to become a consistent scoring threat -- and no one has.
Losing Taylor was a big loss, but the bottom line is this is a team that cannot score points and, in a nutshell, that means they cannot finish in the top 4 or 5 in the Pac.
I'm disappointed beyond belief, but this season is toast. Over and out.
GO BEAVS!!
