It is fun reading everyone's posts and they are very observant
There is no question that we have some pop in the bats and it seemed to me that we had good plate discipline
(we did not swing at a lot of bad pitches). I did not see a lot of deep power ie a Larnach or Adley. I did see a lot of solid contact We do have good speed on the Bases the only base running mistake was made by a coach. We should get many stolen bases.
Defense looks OK. The outfield has speed and covers well. We made some infield mistakes but it is early in the year, and they will be corrected.
Our starting Friday and Saturday pitchers looked solid, our newcomers showed spurts but need more work. There is talent there.
Overall, it will be a fun season to watch this team as they develop.
