Travis B looked bad on one play, but I will take that little misstep. Defensively, he read Sebby’s pitch just st fine. Moved to his right, but the batter somehow barreled the ball up through exactly where TravisB had been standing. He will learn, but I like the active feet if one knows what I mean.

Ron Allen is pretty good even though he called us Oregon a few times, but this other guy is pretty bad

I was wondering about that too. Do they play baseball in high schools in Australia, or did he go to a US high school? (I could Google that but I'm busy!) Baseball has been gaining popularity in AU for a while. Yes they play it in high school. He also played above his age in summer leagues too. Very entrepreneurial too - imported and sold Big League Chew bubble gum to fund his trip to the US to play in front of college and pro eyes - nice that Oregon State was a place he wanted to play. |

Hate games like this - use up all our runs - at least it's a lot of rookies getting late hits - our starters bats saved a bit - of course if Forrester would swing sometime it would help If we get 20 hits and 12 walks in every game this year, we could be pretty good. |

It's on NM to figure out a way to get them out.
At least we're not bunting and stealing bases. That would be bad karma.
