He is playing summer ball with the Bend Elks but I have heard that he is not coming back.

I believe he transferred to Northwest Nazarene in Idaho...

if so, good luck to Billy. always liked him and thought that be never got a shot at extended playing time at 1st base. his inability to play in the outfield hurt his chances to get AB's

Sad to see him go - he's going to get a chance to be the every day player that the talent at OSU has kept him from being. He's been a great team mate and I wish him the very best in his final season, and the chance to play some pro ball.
