I would not be surprised to see him brought up to the Mariners when they expand the roster if he keeps this up. He's right at the cusp of going to AAA, but if they can bring him in and give him some mound time with the big club (since they are going nowhere), I think it would be of benefit, even if they still intend him to start out in the minors next season. Who knows, he might be a September surprise.

They will NOT bring him up in September.
He's not on the 40-man roster, so they would have to drop someone from the 40-man to make room for Moore, and that is not likely to happen.

Unless they really think he's the difference in grabbing a wild card spot (he's not), they'd be better off seeing if he can get major league hitters out next spring training and keep team control longer vs starting his service time clock.
