In a 2-judge setup the only way you get a 9.95 is if one judge gives a 10 and the other a 9.9.

For those who were not aware, Jade finished 2nd in vault at Worlds in 2019 and 2017.

You're right.

I was thinking of a 9.975 (that Jade got last week on Beam and Floor) which would be the average of a 10 and a 9.95. Individual judge scores do go to hundredths but only in increments of .05 (as I'm sure you already knew).
