Some good performances at UW Invitational (love the big smile from Ms. Denbow as she's jumping!) Every year there seems to be at least a little growth. Some great individual performances this weekend. The second day of the meet just finished, so all the results should be available soon. Some of the notable performances to me: - Adael Scatena
- 2nd place 60M HH: 8.83 - Personal best - High Jump - 1st and 2nd place at 5' 8" (1.73m) [Lara Denbow and Emma Nelson]
- Amber Jackson
- Soccer player w 3 weeks on team - Hasn't raced for 3 years - Distance Medley Relay, 1 mile anchor leg - mile split was 4:55 - 800m 2:13.50 - Jade Whitfield
- 6th place Weight Throw 16.21m (53' 2.25") - Personal best by almost 10 ft
- Mari Friedman - 2:07.94 in 800m
- 3000m - 3rd & 7th at 9:03 and 9:06 (K.Mitchel & G.Fetherstonhaugh)

[/quote] That's really fast. I think we will start scoring at the national meet.

OSU article on today's performances. At 9:03.26, Kaylee Mitchell smashed the previous OSU 3000m record by 20 seconds (Grace Fetherstonbaugh, 9:06.86, by 17 seconds).
