The Beavers add the 16th commit to the class of 2023

This time the Beavs travel east to rope in a hard throwing Buckaroo from Pendleton HS, Easton Corey. Easton is a big boy at 6-5 and 210 with morre growth predicted in the coming months.  Easton is a RH power pitcher reaching 89 mph his sophomore year with a slider and change-up in his saddlebags.  He plays travel ball with the Kennewick, WA. Outlaws and won a national title last summer pitching for the Baum Bat NW Select team at the MLK summer national nin Goodyear, AZ. Easton has a 3.78 GPA and plans to major in Business at OSU. He is currently ranked #8 on the Oregon Top-30 by Prep Baseball Report.  Easton's secondary position - he's a LH hitting 1B. 

With Speshyock flipping to Stanford, Corey's committment moves the Pitcher inventory back to 8 in the 2023 class.
