This is the deepest pitching staff she's ever had.
Hallelujah! I hope

Pitching determines success in softball, so that's great. But checking the roster I see 15 FR, 6 SO, 1 JR and 1 SR. Is that right? What the heck happened since last year? It's asking a lot to expect success from such a young roster in a tough conference.

It's asking a lot to expect success from such a young roster in a tough conference. Every year a few move on and sometimes that includes a good player which always has me wondering if Berg runs them off: see Missy Nunez(she may not have wanted to play her Covid senior year is a possibility) On the bright side the Jr is Franke Hammoude and the 6 soph include some good talent. If the fab five can get to the finals then youth doesn't have to be an obstacle.
