I still don't know why 23 didn't immediately go to the white hat with the ball.
Or how the refs claimed uo recovery when the ball wasn't even in the pile.

The replay official was in Phil's suite.
This call and yvensens "fumble" against Washington are two of the worst calls in college footballever.

See my Avitar I'm assuming 23 wasn't on Phil's payroll, but who knows? Dude should have been jumping up and down excited with the ball. Instead, you barely notice he picked it up because his reaction was so non-chalant, so maybe he was on payroll... |

I know it is off topic but how weird is it that John Madden is gone ? I have to admit I didnt give him much thought until the video game came out every year . I wonder if they will cease production of it now? Would save me 60 bucks every August . I never had bought one back in the day but I rented at least one of the early versions . I had to look up Frank Caliendo today on YouTube . In case your not familiar, Frank is a comedian who used to do a terrific take off on Madden . He be doing Madden going of on a rant and suddenly in the middle of it " Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man " Hilarious ! Caliendo did a great George Bush too but his Madden was the best . if youve never heard the routine do yourself a favor and check it out . Rip Coach
