This thread pertains to guards/wings. Since the Beavs currently have 3 freshman who fit this category, I thought it would be good to look at the progress of some recent OSU players

I didn't include Syd, Jamie, etc because they came in as freshman, played big minutes, and put up big numbers right from the start.

Remarkable how similar Mik's junior and senior season were.

A quick look shows Jamie Weisner with 321, and Sydney Weise with 390. So, no, Mik didn't make the All-time list in TO's.

So, that's about 2.3 turnovers per game, including the year she played out of position at point guard.

I don't see how the title of this thread and the posted info has much to do with one another. OSU's frosh and their "progress" is measured within the system they play, not statistical data sets influenced by a system and the opponents played.

It's pretty apparent over the years SR has been the HC that our frosh typically develop to be very good all-around players. Some better than others. Some do not stick around, but all are better for their time here. Just seemed like a random bunch of cherry picked info that means nothing in the overall scheme in measuring progress.

And... as with some here... no longer a Beaver = good luck, but no longer part of my thought process or "give a damn". Go Beavs

Aleah and Katie Mac are definitely on top in that ratio.

With all due respect, what in the original post do you consider cherry picked? 4 complete seasons of recent Beaver guards showing how they progressed in minutes played and yes, statistical improvement. There was not even any comparison mentioned, but rather that the Beavs currently have 3 freshman guards that under usual circumstances we would expect progress from over the next 3 1/2 seasons. If the title of this thread is 'Progress of Beaver players' and the stats given clearly show progress, how can the title and the posted info "not have much to do with one another"?
