James DeCremmer lll from Brophy Prep in Phoenix and Trent Carraway from Rancho Santa Margarita HS in soCal, are Oregon State '23 Commits that will come to the OSU program as RHP's. Both swing the bat and are position players when not pitching for their prep teams.
Perfect game conducts a staggering amount of elite events, games, showcases, tournaments, etc. all year long. They collect massive amounts of data on the participants and at years end, publish the best in measured caragories - 60 speed, exit velo, IF velo, spin rates, pitching velo, and so on.
In 2021, the two future Beavs recorded a 94 mph outfield throwing velocity which placed them in the top-10 nationally for the year.
On the hill, Carraway reaches 94 mph and DeCremer 92. Both are high school juniors. By the time they arrive on OSU's campus, they should heve kicked those numbers up a notch or two.
