Analysis of the 2022 recruiting classes in the PAC-12 Conference are demonstrative of a shift in power to the the north in the 2022 cycle
Baseball America has announced their class analysis and national rankings for college baseball's Top-25 classes. MIA this year are traditional recruiting Dynamos, UCLA, ASU and Arizona.
The Oregon State Beavers are the number 1 ranked class in the PAC-12 Conference and number 17 nationally.
Stanford, with a small class of 9 signees, is ranked number 2 in the PAC-12 and number 22 nationally.
oregon is ranked number 3 in the PAC-12 and number 25 nationally.
Baseball America Says OSU's class is solid, deep, and heavy with pitching. Top to bottom - athletes with good team speed. They view this class as very good, but a slight drop off from the 2021 group they ranked 6th nationally.
The Beavers have finished with consecutive Top-25 classes and a strong 2023 class loaded with pitching, is nearly complete. Baseball recruiting is on a high level with the 2024 and 2025 classes off to exciting starts with 10 and 4 pledges respectively.
