"Upper Class Married Students"? Can't they afford to find their own housing.

They should have spent the money on education programs for the male freshman about optimizing their time being single while in college!

Probably on hold until things stabilize; the housing/dining fund, which helps fund these projects, took a big hit last year because of Covid.
There is also a limit on OSU's bonding ability. The fine arts building/Cordey remodel/Reser Stadium have us maxed out at the moment.

"Upper Class Married Students"? Can't they afford to find their own housing. LOL. I started out writing "upper classmen", and then thought I might offend sensitivities, so then "upper class persons" came to mind, but didn't have the right feel to it either, so I left it at "upper class", but was left with a similar picture in my head to yours, @werebeaver .....just didn't want to offend. Now I leave that to you, @werebeaver, as I must note that the photo you chose is not very inclusive nor diverse. I also hope those are ethically sourced pleather boots those upper class persons are wearing....... :-) (all of the above completely tongue in cheek)Go Beavers!

Also strikes me that the appeals process may not have run its course, so they decided not to claim it as an "active" project.

It starts costing real money at that point.
