Which cable tv platform does he own? Since you asked… They get nearly $2 Billion in carriage fees from cable providers' (Comcast, Time Warner, AT&T, etc) billings whether individuals view his channels or not. Effectively immunizing (wrong word) shielding them from market forces. That is what is currently supporting them, not advertising. Unless of course, those who don't want to support them cancel their service entirely.
