Anyone follow the Arizona Complex League this fall? OSU had at least 6 guys (maybe more) on the listed rosters. Chamberlain (Royals), Abel (Reds), Burns (Angels), Watkins and Hambley (recruit) (Cubs), and Froemke (Dodgers) were all listed on team rosters.
Results or stats?

From what I understand, Froemke is lifting weights and didn't play. Not sure about Chamberlain. Here's what I have.
Watkins pitched 5 games, 1.6 ERA with 20 strikeouts in 11 innings.
Hambley got touched up in his only appearance, 1.1 innings, 4 runs, 2 walks, 2 hits, 2 earned.
Burns, 3 games, 4 innings, 9 strikeouts, no earned runs.
Abel started 3 games, went 4 innings, struck out 6, walked 3, gave up 4 earned runs on just 2 hits.

Chamberlain (Royals), Abel (Reds), Burns (Angels), Watkins and Hambley (recruit) (Cubs), and Froemke (Dodgers) were all listed on team rosters. Results or stats? Christian Chamberlain tweaked his hamstring to start the year. He had two appearances in May in high A before getting hurt again and missing the remainder of the season. Kevin Abel started three games and pitched four combined innings. He gave up on four runs on two hits and three walks. One wild pitch and no HBPs. Half of his outs were strikeouts. Nathan Burns was promoted twice and finished at high A Tri-City. Chase Watkins threw 11.1 innings in five appearances. He gave up two earned runs on 10 hits and two walks. He struck out 20. He finished 2-0 with a GO/AO of 2.67! All of the runs and half of his hits and walks were allowed in his last appearance, his longest appearance. Dominic Hambley finished with one appearance. He gave up 4 runs (2 earned) on 2 hits and 2 walks in 1.1 innings. He had no strikeouts. I do not see that Kyle Froemke ever played in the ACL.

Great feedback.
Nathan Burns is determined to move through the Angel's farm system quickly. Impressive at Low A, even better at High A and now strong numbers in the AIL. A continuation of that performance and he'll see AA at some point this coming year. At AA, he's smelling the coffee.
Think Chase will do well. Mature approach, and good command. Probably a High-A start in '22.
