I just noticed we now have a new women's volleyball coach, Mark Barnard, who had been an assistant for 11 years. What happened to Liskevych? He was quoted in the announcement about Barnard's hiring so I'm curious about the circumstances of his departure. I either never heard this or am spacing it. Can anybody fill us in? Thanks. He (Coach L) announced his retirement a little while ago. I can't remember the exact time frame, but this was announced. |

I hope this works out, but it's pretty uninspiring hiring a long-time assistant from a failed staff. |

I agree with Blue Heron. Recruiting has been a big problem and elevating the guy that couldn't recruit shows Stansbury put little or no effort into this.
