$90 to sit in section 111. That is too much to attract new fans. Barnes has tried everything except lowering ticket prices. What would be wrong with taking the mostly empty sections at the south end of the stadium and deeply discount ($15) or 2 for 1 them. You have to get people into the building to make future season ticket holders. He will say, "But we did a 2 for 1 for Utah already"....yeah two weeks out and no one knew the time of the game. Totally weak argument.

They're probably just gritting their teeth waiting for the season to get over and the new stadium build to get going. Next year with reduced seating it will not look so empty. No one is sitting in sec 16 at all period. That premium argument makes no sense. Same with the endzone, if you're worried about pissing off people sitting in the endzone, send them a credit for food/beverage.

Gonna be cold, wet and windy. Not going to be that wet for the actual game anymore. Yeah, so much for that bomb cyclone they were predicting two days ago.
"A beast of a bomb cyclone will take shape just off the coast of the northwestern United States and western Canada later this week, and AccuWeather forecasters say it will rival, in some aspects, the intensity of strong hurricanes from the Atlantic this season. The powerful storm will bring dangerous and damaging impacts up and down the West Coast, but the precipitation it will deliver to parts of California, Oregon and Washington is greatly needed.
The storm will have some tropical origins. "
