Lots of underdogs and two teams who have never been to Omaha before. I have a feeling more surprises are in store. Too bad UCSB and Arizona are on the same side of the bracket.

I hope it is Coastal.(or UCSB) Anyone but Florida and it is a pretty major upset. The Gators are the prohibitive favorites. We shall see.

Right in vote: I don't care because I don't follow the CWS unless Oregon State is playing.

#westcoastbias in the voting it appears. Good one. What else would you expect from a message board full of OSU fans? I think it is foolish to quit watching just because we are not playing. There has been a lot of great baseball played the past two weeks, and more to come. In 12 short days there will be no more until mid-February. That's eight months without college baseball. Say it ain't so.

I think Florida will win, but I am hoping UofA has some more magic left in its tank.

You know, I've never really been a big fan of college baseball (Beavers notwithstanding). If I have the option of watching an SEC baseball game or watching the Tigers play the Red Sox, I'm picking the game on the MLB network every time. That's not the case with basketball or football....there's plenty of times I'll favor a national college game over an NFL game on a Thursday night, or watch Arizona vs. Utah instead of the Cavs and Pacers on TNT. Not sure why that is, but it probably has something to do with the fact that there's a good chance I've heard of the starting quarterback for Clemson or Michigan State, but there's a zero percent chance I've ever heard of their DH or starting pitcher.

Funny. I'm exactly the opposite. I don't watch MLB until the playoffs. But I love college baseball. So much more strategy than go up and mash. To each his own though!

Wait....are you saying that it's ok for me to have a different opinion than you? Careful Spud, that kind of thinking is dangerous in a place like this!
