2 run walk off single in bottom 9th of first game. On base 3 times so far in 2nd game with a home run Michael Conforto's two-out two-run shot in the fourth was the difference in a 3-1 ballgame in the nightcap. With the two wins, the Mets pulled within 5.5 games of both the Braves (the NL East leader) and the Padres (currently in fifth in the NL) with 30 to play. The Mets have a 6.4% chance of making the postseason. Stranger things have happened. The '95 Mariners were 7.5 games back on September 1 and were division champs. The Mets have 13 games left against the Marlins and Nats to help close the gap. And the Mets have an additional three games against the Phillies at Citi Field to pass the Phillies. The last three games to start October are in Georgia against the Braves. If the Mets can catch the Phillies and get within three games of the Braves by October 1, the last three games in Cumberland will be for the Division.

5 2 2 3 today in Mets' big win. He's up to .223 which doesn't sound good but its 30 points up from a month ago.
He had a 2-run homer in Game 1 yesterday and then went 3 1 2 1 in Game 2.
