That was a great article. He went down the whole list of players - it's a very deep roster. Even talked about Andrea Aquino a little.

Best quotes:
Kennedy Brown: “She has used her time in rehab to get in the best shape she has ever been in. Jonas says she has ‘more bounce,’ and she does. She is quicker. Her shot looks beautiful. She is looking great.”
Jelena Mitrovic: “She will be new and improved (in 2021-22),”…“She is a defensive presence with passing ability and a nice shooting touch — sort of like (Arvydas) Sabonis.”… “Now she is in the best shape I’ve seen her. I see Jelena being ready for a breakout year.”
Talia von Oelhoffen: Now she has completely changed her body. She is in incredible condition. I can’t wait to see her in action next season.”
Greta Kampschroeder: “Greta will remind you of ‘Mik’ in the way she can take you off the dribble,” the OSU coach says. “She is a dynamic wing with a great mid-range pull-up, a solid 3-point shot and a high basketball IQ.”
AJ Marotte: “I think she can make an impact immediately,” Rueck says. “She is extremely athletic. She plays so hard. She is strong to the boards. She has a beautiful mid-range shot, gets to the rim and knocks down 3s. She is such a quick study. If she hears it once (from a coach), it happens. That learning curve is going to be shallow.”

I really hope Coach is right in his assessment of Kennedy Brown.....I've always thought of her game as "almost there" which roughly translates to "on the edge of being a Pac-12 All Star." She needs to improve her mid-range shot, but she has a lot going for her athletically and anatomically...I don't know if they provide weight in the stat page, but I'd say she's gained some maturity weight since her injury....
The Pac has seen a lot of incoming Frosh make a big impact on their teams (even the good ones) and I'm hoping Greta is one of those special Rookie difference makers...We need a bonus surprise player.
The PAC is brutally strong this year and the Beavs are going to need 2 or 3 players to significantly up their game if they are going to be a Top 3 team in the PAC (which is my hope, and expectation).
I'm still a believer that Jelena can be a significant 6th or 7th player.... I don't have a whole lot of evidence to back up the belief, but she showed several flashes of excellence in the last 6 games of the season....But flashes don't do the trick....My hope is that she simply does whatever she does a little better this year....If Rueck ever teaches her to elevate the ball over her head before she shoots she could become a terror in the paint....
Talia is a star in the making, but she needs another guard to truly shine, and to give the Beavs an impressive backcourt...
Whatever, I'm psyched for the season to begin....Coach has a lot of talent to work with. He has a shortage of players with speed-speed, but he has enough with regular speed, and enough good passers, that teams with exceptional speed should not de-rail this team..... GO BEAVS!! P.S. For the sports-writer fans among you: You've got to hand it to Eggers for writing a great opening paragraph to introduce his story.

I like coach's positivity. Not dwelling on who transfered or graduated but focused on the new players and improvements of the returning ones. He's excited about the new assistant coaches. He knows how to pick them. Sounds like a deep roster. Playing time will be hard earned. Hopefully the team can get a full pre season under their belts to figure things out. Really curious about KB. Been awhile since we've seen her play.
