When I characterize myself as a long suffering Beaver fan, I’m usually talking about some on field performance…… Now there is also an app to torment me. Sigh. I don’t consider myself a Luddite but will admit some nostalgia for fridge magnets and a thick packet of printed tickets in the (physical) mailbox.

I haven't held a physical piece of paper ticket (concert, sporting event, airplane boarding pass, bus, train, metro, etc.) in my hand in at least a decade... This shouldn't be that big of a deal or change for most folks Progress Whooooooo! Seriously, digital tickets are infinitely better than mailed paper tickets. Harder to steal/counterfeit, no need to worry about them getting lost in the mail or destroyed, no need to worry about losing them once you receive them, no need to waste money, ink, paper on printing, etc. etc. etc. Embrace it

So far I know of three separate season ticket holders a total of 8 tickets of which none of them including me received an email about the app. Just curious if there is anybody else out there that never received the app email.

I was told that my season tickets will be mobile only, no option for hard tickets Is there an official announcement anywhere on when/how tickets will be distributed? I'd like to know if I got the seat locations I asked for and also know what to tell my season ticket partners on how to show their tickets at the gate. Email titled Fwd:OSU Football Digital Ticketing & Parking Information sent on Aug 11 - seats are listed - season tickets will be deposited on Aug 16 and single games Starting Aug 18

Has anyone gotten their tickets yet? I have not. I downloaded the app to my phone and I can't find the tickets anywhere in my account.
I would guess OSU would send out an email that indicates the tickets are available in my account. Nothing so far.

I would guess OSU would send out an email that indicates the tickets are available in my account. Nothing so far. So far the roll out of this app is a cluster####. The email that supposedly went out August 11th wasn't received by me and others. When I read on this board that an email was received by some of you on Wednesday I called the ticket office Thursday as to the whereabouts of my email. I was told the email was being sent out in waves. When I didn't get it by Friday morning I again called the ticket office and the person I talked to confirmed my email. I told her that others I knew also didn't get an email. She seemed surprised. It is my understanding that when you download the app it also requires you to sign into your osubeavers.com account. Once you do that you should be able to click "tickets" on the bottom right of the app. You would then click manage tickets and then the game. You should see a place holder for your tickets but according to the place holder image The actual tickets won't show up until 48 hours prior to game time. In my opinion they should have had a fake game say the practice game Aug 21 to play with the app - purchase a ticket, transfer a ticket, scan a ticket. It appears buying a parking pass must also be done on this app. In my opinion its going to be a mess come Sept 11. Get to the stadium early.

Note that the App seems to have you set up a "net new" account that will track your interest in the various Beaver sports (i.e. soccer, WBB, MBB, football.....) etc. Separately, when you go to the Tickets tab/section, it will ask you to log into your online ticket account so it can reflect your ticket information in this app. At least that is what my foray into this brave new world seemed to have been......
I see my Volleyball tickets (~10 events, scheduled), I see notation that I have 2 WBB tickets, and no mention of my gymnastics tickets (outside of email confirmation when I paid for the season tix renewal). Now everyone in my friends/family game attending circle will need to work their way through this stuff (do they need a ticket account? just a Beaver App account? Neither? Both?) so I can hand off individual tickets (or coordinate their physical arrival at the venue). I guess they will really want to come to the game to work through this :-).
Someday, this will all be a smooth worthwhile process, I'm sure.......

I think my email got screened as junk mail, by gmail. One possible reason some of you haven't seen them.
I'm currently on hold, called the ticket office, that person couldn't help. Forwarded me to another customer service team. Going on 12 min of on hold music.
You do create a "new or separate" account for your app and then link it to your ticket office account. My issue is it isn't linking to my ticket office account and forgot my password doesn't recognize my email (which I confirmed with the first ticket office rep).
Ya.... something is a miss.
I'm not sure showing up early on game day is gonna fix this. I'd get to work on it before game day.
Go BEAVS!

Finally got to the point where the app on my phone has the "tickets" icon at the bottom right but every time I click on it and go to "Manage Tickets" it kicks me off the app. I don't think it linked to my "normal" online account either unless it did it automatically. It just never game me that option.
Now my Samsung smart phone is telling me that the OSU Beavers app is using a lot of my battery and asks me if I want to put it to sleep. It says that it has "Frequent crashes". I believe it!

Now that Benton county has ordered mask at Reser through September will the ticket office be obligated to offer refunds or carrying funds over until next year. I’m first in line !
