Lot’s of pitchers in front of him .., Not going to be much bonus money out there - one 6th round pick took $1,000 and signed ( wow ), must really hate school !

Good grief - if you are 6th round material, go to a good Power 5 school and you can probably make way more NIL money - $1000 is a total embarrassment. |

He was probably a senior with no remaining eligibility thus had zero bargaining power. Still, $1000 is on the low end. It wouldn’t shock me if the Cubs agreed to pay of his student loans or something as part of the deal. |

Looks like Hambley has signed for $200k.
I guess this is why David Grewe got an offer so late. Well, sort of disappointing, but good luck Dominic!
