Cool, another thread that is turning into obsessing about Ionescu. Haven't had enough of those lately. If the thread is at least partly about the New York Liberty, it makes sense she's mentioned. Wouldn't you say? Refresh my memory, when was the last thread obsessing about her? Three months ago? Mentioning her makes sense in the context of the Liberty. The obsessing isn't necessary. It's definitely been less than 3 months since the last one. There was some right at the start of the WNBA season, coming around the time of her becoming the youngest player in league history to record a triple double. Season started early May, so it's been 1 1/2 months at best. |

We all had Princess Sabrina hype jammed down our throats for her time at our hated rival, some "obsession" is warranted. Plus, it's the off season from all OSU women's sports and the WNBA seems like a somewhat popular topic.
For all the whiners, feel free to ignore the thread instead of posting in it which bumps it up and gives it the NEW sticker.

Things have not been the same since. |

Liberty playing the Sparks right now, Pac 12 is very well represented in this game. Ionescu, Sami Whitcomb, Onyenwere, Reshanda Gray for the Lib and Anigwe and Karlie Samuelson for the Sparks. Would be even more but both of the Ogwumikes are out injured currently.
Onyenwere way ahead of the field for Rookie of the Year. She's the only rook doing ANYTHING so far, this draft class is looking terrible.
