I wouldn't count on that. The AD department has whacked people left & right and paying $630K/yr for a support position in a sport that doesn't make money is a very iffy proposition at this time. Pat is raising money for a lot more than baseball now - he's probably the best person we have for interfacing with alumni and potential large donors in all areas. I saw him speak at a Catholic function. One of the best speeches and speakers I’ve ever heard. |

Isn't LSU's AD Scott Woodward the former AD at UW?  Same guy. Hired Sark at UW. And Mulkey (WBB) at LSU. We all know how Sark flamed out at UW. And Mulkey is past her prime. Not sure of his other hires. Didn't even have to buy a new tie! |
