Fuchs needs to be pulled for this game. Jake and Garrett both showed being aggressive against this pitcher leads to hits and not this passive crap. This post did not age well. Me, too. I was right there with pulling him out. That's the sweetest crow I've ever eaten. And I'm ready for a second helping, please. |

My only issue w bunting (w a guy who just hit a 3 run homer) is now the next guy HAS to get at least the sac fly or it’s like a double play. Sure he hit a vicious line drive. But even hard line drives can be caught. I don’t know, but maybe Fuchs isn’t good vs lefties and that led to the decision? Either way we gave them an out when they didn’t have one yet.
