The number of current Oregon State players who were with the program when the Beavers won the College World Series in 2018. Kyler McMahan, Joe Casey, Andy Armstrong, Troy Claunch, Ryan Ober, Kevin Abel, Nathan Burns, Mitchell Verburg, Preston Jones and Jake Mulholland were all members of that team.
There is only one other team in the nation that might have as many players in the same situation, and that is Vandy, who won the 2019 championship.
That's 10 guys that ought to have a pic of their ring posted in the dugout for every game in the playoffs, something for them to remember and look to double, and something for all the others to see and know that it is out there, it's the big blue marble, and the $h!t's just got real!
Go BEAVS!

It’s very difficult to win it all. It requires your offense, defense and pitching to be the very best at tournament time. It also requires a little luck. This level of difficulty makes the three OSU championships all the more impressive. In 2018 Pat Casey and his staff out coached Arkansas in the CWS championship series. Even so, it took a misplayed foul pop up to open the door to a sensational victory. Hopefully, this team puts it all together in Ft. Worth this week. Good luck and GO BEAVS! i.redd.it/apdtwpa3ph271.png
