In 2006 the Beavers played Stanford in the Super Regional. And in 2005 we played USC.

Well D1 baseball has Zona as #5 national seed and UO as #12 seed. Doesn’t that mean if they both win their regional then our top two Pac teams play each other in a super......I’m not buying that setup. They have us as #3 seed in Florida bracket....along with Miami... I think that Florida is probably the weakest of the likely one-seeds. Miami would be a relatively weak two that would make sense in Gainesville. South Florida (the four-seed in the Baseball America projection) would be a good four to tie up Florida, while Oregon State defeated Miami. There are worse regionals to play in. I am just going to bump this. If Oregon State had not been a two-seed, I still think that the Gainesville Regional would have been a great spot to land. South Alabama got Oregon State's spot and is playing Miami to earn the right to play South Florida twice in a stupid soft regional. The top five SEC teams are legitimate. There is still no way that the SEC deserved seven regional host spots.
