but the "little o" has a blurb regarding the ucks starting FR softball shortstop entering the portal. I have no idea why. No idea where she is from.
I just think it shows how different/challenging this last year has been for everyone. Here is the starting SS(Freshman) on a team that almost made a Super Regional leaving her respective program. Made me think of Sasha and the discussion around her leaving. Or the #'s in the different sports' portals.

Some were talking about in state talent in basketball, well look up the name Malia Williams for instate talent in softball for the fun of it Pitcher holding opponents to a .013 batting average and pitched 26 scoreless innings as a junior. Surrendered one hit and 57 strikeouts |

The full story, not that anyone should care: U of O Fr SS Alyssa Brito entered the transfer portal after making 2nd team Pac12, all-Fr team, and all-defensive team. Guessing she realizes that Duck star SS from last year (pregnant this year), Jasmine Sievers, is returning next year to claim her rightful spot at SS. Sievers was #10 player in US in HS when Mike White signed her before he left for Texas taking 4 of the best Duck softball players with him. |
