Right shoulder surgery for left handed thrower is sometimes related to swinging the bat. Tatis jr just went through something like that, had to change his swing so that he holds on to the bat with both hands when he finishes his follow through

Don't know if the injury took place when Parker noticed the strange stretching Melton was doing on first after the infield hit. I would like to see the replay of that game. Anyway, I always call it the Darryl Strawberry injury. A totally unrelated question that I have: is Froemke's hand injury that he has battled this season a hamate? Doubt if any info was ever released, but Canham mentioned the hand injury a few weeks ago. |
