Oregon wins the Pac-12 by winning out.
If Oregon loses at least once, Arizona wins the Pac-12 by sweeping Oregon State.
If Arizona loses at least once, Oregon or Stanford win the Pac-12 by winning out.
Oregon State needs to sweep Arizona to stay in the hunt. A loss to Arizona eliminates the Beavers from a Pac-12 Championship.
The cleanest way to win the Pac-12 is to win out and Oregon loses at least four times.
Oregon State can go 5-1 with a loss to Stanford. Arizona State must lose at least once, Oregon must lose at least five times and UCLA must lose at least once.

In your 2nd scenario, Oregon and Arizona would be co-champions. Arizona would receive the Pac-12s automatic bid for the tourney due to the 2-1 head to head record over Oregon. Oregon would need to lose twice for Arizona to be the solo champs.

In your scenarios you seem to indicate that OSU has to finish ahead of oregon in W-L record to be champions. Equal W-L records equal co-champions, regardless of who won the conference series between the two. In a co-championship with oregon they would get the automatic bid, but we would both be co-champions. A tie-breaker does not determine the champion, only determines automatic bid.
